Description
DAE provided Owner Representation and Project over sight for this new building. Project completed 2013. The project is 5 levels of metal framed Prescient apartments totaling 60 units with one level of at-grade parking (the remainder of the parking contained in the adjacent RTD garage), and approximately 60,000 gross square feet. The project includes one bedroom and two-bedroom units. Additionally, a leasing office, lobby, fitness area and community room are included. The site also contains an urban park to the west and an enclosed amenity area (at grade).
