Description
378 guestrooms undergoing a soft goods and finish renovation including carpet, art, millwork, headboards and drapery. Guestroom Bathrooms will receive new art, vinyl wallcovering, new illuminated mirrors, and other upgrades.
Public area renovation includes a redesigned Porte Cochere arrival experience, Hotel Entry and Registration, Restaurant with a full-service bar and Lounge, with the addition of a Grab’n Go outlet and buffet counter including new food and beverage equipment. Meeting rooms will receive soft good renovation, including new carpet, refreshed wall finishes, lighting and dimming systems.
DAE provided overall project oversight for the renovation of the guest suites and the public common areas and amenities.
