Max Martin is a senior project manager working with our development partners assisting in all aspects of real estate including land acquisition, project budgets and proformas, design oversite, municipal meetings, construction estimating, design and construction contract negotiations and construction oversite. He owned and operated Martin Design, a multi-disciplined design firm including civil and structural engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, and land planning for 19 years before working for real estate development firms as a owners rep. Max joined DAE Group in 2018. Originally from Buffalo NY, Max has lived and enjoyed Denver since 1979.
