Dan Ezra is the Founder and Managing Partner of the DAE Group. He provides oversight and leadership on all the projects in the local and national office. Dan founded DAE in 1994 and saw rapid growth in the business starting in 2003. Currently Dan continues to develop his extensive experience as a development manager, senior project manager and senior estimator for a variety of multifamily residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Dan and the DAE Group specialize in taking difficult projects and working with the development, design, and construction teams to coordinate an effective design that meets the budget and project goals. Dan has been working in the Denver area since 1993 with leading developers, contractors and architects and has successfully completed numerous multi-million-dollar projects.
